OUR TERMS AND CONDITiONS OF SERVICE
Please note that it will be deemed that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions by booking my services.
BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION
A Non refundable deposit of £50 is required to confirm your date..
Your booking is not confirmed until receipt of this deposit.
Dates will only be held for a maximum of 7 days.
This deposit is deducted from your outstanding balance.
You will receive a Booking Confirmation to on receipt of your deposit.
If you send any messages any time before your date, we will do our best to reply as soon as I can.
PAYMENTS
All balances payable should be paid at least 2 weeks before your date. I always send a reminder about a month before the due date.
If payment is not made by this time, I do however, give an extra day for payment. If payment is not made by then then you run the risk of you losing your booking with no refunds due.
If you cannot make any remaining payments by or on the due date, please let me know so we can arrange your payment for a later date which would be before your date.
You can also pay your balance in installments, if you so wish.
Please note that I do not accept payment by credit or debit card at this time. In the future, this may change as at the moment payments are only accepted by bank transfer.
ON YOUR DAY
You are responsible for the behaviour of your guests towards us.
If it is deemed that any behaviour is unacceptable, I reserve the right to immediately end all services to you on the day, with no possibility of any refund or part refund.
I will be the only professional photographer at your wedding ceremony.
This is because guests with professional looking cameras, can get in the way. Please ask them to sit down and enjoy the occasion.
This includes anyone purporting to be a Content Creator.
EDITING AND DELIVERY OF YOUR PHOTOS
You should receive your photos within 3-4 weeks after your date, these times may be longer during the busy months of June, July and August. You will be kept informed of this.
Your photos are delivered by using an online photo gallery and as your photos can be viewed and downloaded from your gallery, if you download your photos, it will be deemed that they have been accepted by you. This negates the possibility of any extra editing that you may ask for. This includes if you 'accidentally' download them as it is your responsibility to ensure that all required photos are all there before downloading.
Please note that viewing on mobile phones may make your photos more colourful, this is due to the colour rendering on your phone. We do try to compensate for this during the editing process.
Also note the copyright of any photos taken by us belongs with us and although they can be downloaded and shared, any editing such as instagram filters etc should not be used as this can have a detrimental effect on reputation, as these filters can make photos look worse.
Unedited photos, also known as RAW files will not be sent to you so if you ask, so please don't be disappointed or offended if I refuse to send them to you.
This is because that unedited photos are not finished work.
PLEASE NOTE
I reserve the right to cancel any paid for service which is an extra service in addition to your chosen package.
You will be refunded the cost of this service if we choose this option, if this cancelled extra service has already been paid for.
if you cancel your booking, any money paid by you will not be refunded. This is because I may not be able to get a replacement booking.
If you cancel with more than one month to go, you will just lose the deposit and if you cancel within this time, all balances due will be payable.
None of these Terms and Conditions will be cancelled.
Images taken on the day may be used for advertising and promotional purposes.
We reserve the right to change or cancel any free add on's agreed to any bookings. I will endeavour to provide them but due to breakdowns or maintenance, it may not be possible to provide these and will be replaced by another one.
If you book the Full day Photography Package, a meal should be provided. It doesn't have to be what your guests are having as it can just be a main or a bar meal.
A meal isn't necessary for any other of our Packages.
We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time.
If any of these Terms and Conditions are breached, I reserve the right to cancel all services to you with no possibility of any refunds of any kind and to leave without informing you as these Terms and conditions form part of our contract between us.
